Prior to Valentines Day, a team I was with hosted a community art/ craft night several years ago. The group made hundreds of homemade Valentines. On Valentines Day we met at a busy transit stop and gave them away and sang love songs.

The team had learned about urban acupuncture and decided to be intentional about creating a space/event where people could interact and possibly effect how we looked at the world even for a few seconds. Our Love Day craft gathering and handing them out at the transit station was one of these experiments.

We met many people and some going by joined us.
